About me

I’m a interdisciplinary community organiser, with a range of passions and life long commitments. I spend some of my working time dedicated to getting funding to where it should be. I’m also a trained urban gardener, and care deeply about the benefits of public green spaces and improving people’s access to nature. Take a look at WILD QUEERS - sessions where I share what we can learn from nature to fuel our fight for collective liberation.

With twelve years experience in the charity sector, I have fundraised for a range of organisations, charities and community groups with a particular focus on systemic inequality, health and wellbeing, and arts and youth projects. I am particularly passionate about the redistribution of power and resources to where it's needed, and hope I can use my knowledge and experience to facilitate this. I am adept at supporting clients through transitional periods, or when deadlines are tight, ensuring sustainable service continuity. Take a look at my client list to see the kinds of people and organisations i’ve worked with.

As an unpaid carer, I am a lived experience advocate, working to improve health and care systems for people with disabilities and chronic illness. I learn so much from disability justice principles, weaving care into all the organising that I do and I’m ever thankful to the disabled, queer, black and brown organisers who lead the way and have come before us.
